Consortium

Project management of KidsAP will deal with the strategic and operational management requirements in this clinical translational medical device research project based on the collaborative effort of seven universities (including associated hospitals) (CAM, GRA, LUX, LEI, INN, VIE, EDI), one teaching hospital (LEE), one non-profit organisation (JAE), and two SMEs (HEV and DIA). An effective management structure will ensure excellence at all stages of the clinical studies. The overall management will cover scientific research, knowledge and innovation, ethics and regulatory issues, finance and administration as well as legal issues. Management of research strategy and operations, from planning the research to executing the project and exploiting its results, is a complex undertaking that requires many skills.
